We accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrong wig, or

  • There’s something wrong with the hair

✅ Wig must be:
• In original packaging
• Unused & unstyled (no cutting, dyeing, bleaching, or combing)
• In its original condition

📦 How to return:

  1. Email us at [your email] within 3 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number & photos of the issue

  3. We’ll guide you on the return process

⚠️ Note:

  • No returns for used or altered wigs

  • No refunds for change of mind

  • Return shipping is at your cost (unless it was our mistake)
